Since May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data has been applied in Poland. In view of the above, F.H.U. CONTRAKT ADAM GOIK presents the following information required by the Regulation and concerning the processing of personal data.

RODO/GDPR
Refers to the commonly used name of the following Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU). Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016.679 of April 27, 2016. OJ EU L.2016.119.1 of May 4, 2016, which applies from May 25, 2018. (referred to as the “Regulation” or “RODO/GDPR”).
What is the purpose of the RODO/GDPR?
The regulation of data protection laws aims to unify the rules for processing personal data throughout the European Union.
